With 39 years of experience in both English to Spanish and Spanish to English interpretation and translation
services, Centro LatinoAmericano has established itself as a reliable and flexible agency resulting in a wide range
of clients in the hotel management, legal, and medical field.
Interpretation
We have special expertise working with immigration lawyers, management staff and one-one-one meetings,
and patient/doctor appointments. Our interpreters and translators are bilingual, multicultural, and chosen based
on their proficiency in the oral and written English and Spanish language.
Translation
We are a bilingual and multicultural agency dedicated to ensure that its translations are consistent with the cultural needs of the audience your organization is addressing. We have worked with the translation of business, legal,
medical, educational, and marketing documents and materials.
Fees
Interpreting: $27/hour. There is a one hour minimum; we do not pro-rate.
Translation: $0.20 —$0.25 per word. There is a minimum of $27 charge for documents of 108 words or less.
Documents of 109 words or more are charged the $27 minimum and $0.20 — $0.25 per word thereafter depending
on the technicality and formatting of the document.
Terms: Payment is due upon the receipt of an invoice.
Cancellation Policy: We ask that you notify us of any cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations of 48 hours or more , no fees will be charged. Notice of 24 hours or less, the minimum ($27) will be charged.
Project Fees: For larger projects such as, handbooks and manuals, please contact us directly for a quote.
Other Fees: Additional fees may be applicable for other services: uncommon formats, notarization,
and/or expedited translations.
